The railway carriage is our schoolroom base at Wynyard Woodland Park. It can be used as a base for school visits, should the weather be inclement, and is used for some of our other activities. The maximum capacity of the carriage is 30 children and if you would like to book this facility for your visit there is normally an additional charge (please call the Planetarium on 01740 630544 for details).

The carriage is some 120 metres away from the Planetarium, close to the public toilet block and visitor centre on the park. You can take a virtual tour of the north end of the car park, including the carriage and the visitor centre.
